All reservations are confirmed by email with our team at info@nilesafarilodge.com. We do not accept bookings made through online booking platforms.
To receive your reservation summary, please send us:
- A copy of a valid ID or passport for each guest
- Your check-in and check-out dates
- Any activities or transport you would like us to arrange
Deposits

- Check-out
- By 10:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is charged at 50% of the room rate.
- Children
- Under 5 stay free when sharing with full-paying adults (maximum two). Ages 5–15 sharing with adults pay a reduced rate.

- Every banda is ideal for honeymoon couples. Ask us about the Exclusive Banda's candlelit riverside dinner.
